Aussi vaut-il mieux savoir manier les outils pour exercer ses fonctions ? Dans cette discipline, la formation continue rev\u00eat toute son importance dans la mesure o\u00f9 les nouvelles technologies \u00e9voluent \u00e0 une allure vertigineuse. Elle permet d\u2019une part de maintenir dans l\u2019emploi des personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu une formation et de leur apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux outils informatiques\u00a0: logiciels, r\u00e9seaux, syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information ou d\u2019exploitation (<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Windows, Linux, etc.<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"spip\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">). Tout ceci afin de permettre un d\u00e9veloppement de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>La Bureautique<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Une ouverture \u00e0 un monde nouveau ; la d\u00e9finition du mot BUREAUTIQUE, Apparue en 1976, bureautique d\u00e9signe les d\u00e9veloppements de l&rsquo;informatique vers le secteur tertiaire. D\u00e9signe donc classiquement la trilogie base de donn\u00e9es &#8211; traitement de texte &#8211; tableur. On peut y ajouter les logiciels de comptabilit\u00e9 ou de communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Etudes \/ Formation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Les dipl\u00f4mes les plus adapt\u00e9s pour faire la bureautique sont des dipl\u00f4mes de niveau BFEM et la dur\u00e9e de la  Formation est de deux (02) ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Technicien de maintenance informatique<\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le technicien de maintenance informatique assure l\u2019entretien et la r\u00e9paration des mat\u00e9riels informatiques. Il peut r\u00e9aliser \u00e9galement l\u2019installation de nouveaux \u00e9quipements ou assurer la formation des utilisateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Description des t\u00e2ches \/ conditions de travail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">D\u00e9tecter la panne ou \u00e9tablir un diagnostic : c\u2019est le r\u00f4le essentiel du technicien de maintenance en informatique. Il remplace, par exemple, la carte-m\u00e8re d\u2019un micro-ordinateur, intervient sur un logiciel ou comprend pourquoi l\u2019imprimante ne fonctionne plus\u2026 Il doit poser des diagnostics s\u00fbrs dans les d\u00e9lais les plus rapides. Il intervient le plus souvent en urgence. Mais son r\u00f4le, c\u2019est aussi de pr\u00e9venir plut\u00f4t que de gu\u00e9rir : comment \u00e9viter la panne qui peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9sastreuses pour l\u2019entreprise ? Autre mission importante : installer les nouveaux mat\u00e9riels (ordinateurs, imprimantes, scanners\u2026), les logiciels et assurer leur mise \u00e0 jour.
